Following a recent indicative ballot conducted by GMB, Unison and Unite to gain the views of our respective memberships against a TUPE transfer into a Trust, the following results have been gathered –
Members in favour of taking action against a TUPE transfer:
GMB 100%
Unison 97%
Unite 87%
These results have been relayed to the employer and the Government’s Commissioner.
Next steps will be discussed with members shortly.
